What if the individual is not home?
We provide an effective, prompt and professional service to clients. Whether documents are served at the defendant/individual’s home address or their workplace, we ensure that every document is delivered in person, as quickly as possible.
In some cases, where the individual is not available – or possibly avoiding us – we can offer a ‘substituted service’. This is where a document is delivered to a legal adult resident, or an employee at the individual’s workplace, with the requirement that they notify the individual about the documents.
