We can act as your dedicated process server in a range of situations, from criminal court cases through to evictions and matrimonial matters.
What if the individual is not home?
We provide an effective, prompt and professional service to clients. Whether documents are served at the defendant/individual’s home address or their workplace, we ensure that every document is delivered in person as quickly as possible.
In some cases, where the individual is not available – or possibly avoiding us – we can offer a ‘substituted service’. This is where a document is delivered to a legal adult resident or an employee at the individual’s workplace, with the requirement that they notify the individual about the documents.
